When using our Rallycheck app we save the following data on your phone and on our servers.

1. The id of the phone on which the Rallycheck app has been installed.
2. Your phone number.
3. Your email address

GPS location data is registered when the Rallycheck app is active in the foreground or background.
The location data is temporarily saved on the phone when a Rally is active. This can be seen on the screen when the “car icon” on the upper right hand of the screen is “green”.  When the rally is active, location data is also sent to the Rallycheck servers in order to calculate the results of a rally.

Location data is removed from the phone as soon as it has been received by our servers.
Location data of a rally is saved on our servers for a maximum of three months.

When ordering a rally in our shop we will also register information needed for billing and for registering participants of a rally in the Rallycheck environment. The following information is stored:

Billing information

• Name
• Address
• Phone
• E-mail

Information about the Driver

• Name
• Phone
• E-mail

Information about the Co-driver

• Name
• Phone
• E-mail

Information about the vehicle

• Manufacturer
• Model
• Build date
• Registration plate

Rallycheck registers information which is needed for the app to function correctly. We also register information which is needed for rallies. Rallycheck wil not share your personal information with third parties.
